Weed Historic Lumbertown Museum is a collection of items/objects of historical and cultural interest dislplayed relevant to the lumber industry and the establishment of the City of Weed.
Siskiyou County Museum's mission is to collect, preserve, interpret and disseminate the history of Siskiyou County and the state of California as it relates to the local region.
The outside of this "biggest little museum" features a Shasta Rain Rock and a wall incorporating obsidian, fossils, a cannon ball, mill stones, and Native American mortar and pestles.
